Italian

Softneck garlic. Perfect for braiding. Without garlic flowers. The artichoke group is cultivated a lot in Europe and many other parts of the world. It does not require much cold to vernalize (i.e. cold that induce division into several cloves). It has between 2 and even 3 circle rows of cloves, so 8 to 12 cloves per bulb. Colors vary depending on the type of soil and climate, ranging from white to purple. Sometimes a few bulblets become lodged in the stem.

How to use

A garlic with a storage life of 8 months (April). A taste that can vary from mild to medium spicy depending on the climate where it is grown. It judiciously seasons vinaigrettes. Its high number of pods allows convenient use for small recipes and high multiplacation rate.
